One day I said to myself ‘enough is enough’.
I want to breathe, live, communicate easily and freely!
I used to live with allergies for many years.
I was allergic to various pollen (ragweed, wormwood, etc.), dust (old train mattresses are a joy), and some food.
And every year the spectrum expanded.
And I suddenly encountered something else to which I had no reaction before.
And yes, from time to time I called an ambulance, whispering into the phone. I was lucky, hearing my voice, the ambulance arrived very quickly because they were afraid of Quincke’s edema.
One day in August, I realised that I was very tired.
That I really wanted to breathe freely, to walk in any season without pills, and I wanted to stop warning people that I didn’t have the flu or anything else, but ‘just allergies’.
I read a lot of things, I saw a lot of information from the World Wide Web, from books, and from the experience of different people. Then I regularly returned to this issue from a different angle – more on that later.
There are many different opinions and indications/contraindications, symptoms.
I am sharing below what I have drawn in my head and share here what has worked for me and continues to work.
The main components of allergy are:
severe emotional stress
and
metabolic overload, pollution, and slagging of the body.
As for the emotional component, one theory says that most often allergies begin to manifest symptomatically about a year after the same charged emotional event.
Sometimes it’s because the same pollen was flying in the air at the time of the event, or a cat ran by, or you learned about the event through food. Or something very similar in taste/colour/smell to what was nearby.
In my experience of working with people in the field of emotional correction, most often people do not even remember this. And in the process, this information comes up and causes a lot of surprise.
And, even without being tied to what was nearby, if we remember what stressful events happened a year before the first symptoms of allergy, we already begin to improve, as we begin to realise that ‘flowers/…’ have nothing to do with it 🙂.
And, of course, you can work deeper, wider, in more detail on your own, with a therapist or someone else on your reaction to this stressful situation.
As for the metabolic component:
The flora that is in our gut (including fungi, parasites, etc.) is what modulates the activity of our immune system. By changing the intestinal flora, we change the immune system.
If the appendix is absent, the balance of immunity shifts towards greater aggression = the immune response becomes excessive in relation to the irritant, the allergen.
An allergen is any substance that is atypical for the body.
Natural proteins are not an infection as such.
The body naturally has them – isomeric proteins – as part of collagen. It is also important for the body to create a certain framework. But when too many of them accumulate, they begin to block the spleen, brain, and lymphatic capillaries.
It is important to flush yourself periodically to help remove the pathogenic protein part from the body. In addition, proteins in large quantities cause the body to age rapidly.
Of course, it’s not just about proteins. It is interesting that parasites also mimic plant proteins with their proteins. And it happens that we have parasites in us, and symptomatically we think that we have been eating wormwood or birch.
An excessive amount of ‘wrong’ proteins, toxins, parasites, etc., stagnant bile, toxins – all this accumulates especially intensively under stress, overloaded diet, and inactivity. And not only in the intestines, but in all tissues of the body.
The lungs are the first to react to any blockage, because the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract is the first to meet the lymph (and, accordingly, all the ‘garbage’ that has got there). This is the tip of the iceberg. Everything that we see outside: swelling, lacrimation, various kinds of dermatitis, rashes, … is the same inside all over the body … Oooffff I write and again ‘see and feel it’
In my work with people, I sooner or later invite them to regulate the immune system through the restoration of the flora and regulation of the intestines.
So, how did I save myself?
1) I stopped taking antihistamines (which somewhat reduced the intensity, but hardly helped anymore);
2) I excluded all food – everything in ‘pieces’ – to keep the stomach offline for a while – then we can switch more to cleansing – flushing;
3) I made myself a huge container with a mixture of herbs to cleanse all body systems: mint, oregano, lemon balm, plantain, coltsfoot, thyme, yarrow, chamomile, burdock, knotweed, horsetail, sage, nettle, motherwort, calendula flowers, valerian. In general, in equal proportions. I must say that I was allergic to some of these plants and I knew about it. But I was categorical))) At the same time, there are recommendations that if you are allergic to all herbs, you can start by drinking just rosehip infusion (or mint decoction for gastritis) with lemon and honey (more about them in paragraph 5) and then add other herbs;
4) brewed an infusion of the herbs above – 1 tbsp of the mixture per 1 litre of water (make 2-3 litres at once;)
5) during the day, I periodically drank the infusion, adding freshly squeezed lemon and honey (stirring thoroughly so that no pieces of honey remain and excluding any lemon veins (a strainer will help)
‘I felt very sick for a day, everything came out of me in huge quantities. On the second day, the intensity decreased to the appearance of a mild cold, and on the third day, all my symptoms went away.
I don’t remember exactly how long now – it seems to me that I was only on a decoction with herbs, lemon and honey for 3-4 days. After that:
6) I added freshly squeezed juices (in my case, citrus) to my life with herbs. Now I would add barley infusions to the juice mix (I didn’t know about it at the time).
7) nutritious green smoothies (thicker, with pieces)
In total, I had this period on the ‘liquid diet’ for 7 days, after which I switched to a gentle, but varied diet.
P.S. I didn’t do Esmarch’s mugs then (in some cases it is very necessary – I just have a very contradictory opinion about them), nor did I do a gentle herbal mix, nor did I do the 21st day or complete fasting.
At the same time, I forgot about allergies for many years.
After a long period of disordered eating, it sometimes catches up with me in a relatively mild form.
And I know what to do in such a situation.
I use this recipe – improvising with the timing – when I catch an infection (I continue to protect people from myself – I do not contact them for a while – but the symptoms go away in 1-1.5 days)
!!! IMPORTANT: In case of very high weight or some critical conditions, a doctor’s support is REQUIRED.
It so happens that doctors very rarely know what to do in case of allergies except for prescribing antihistamines. It is very important to find your own doctor!
And it’s a very good idea to get checked for parasites, fungi, worms and other inhabitants. This is very much about health.
And no matter what condition you are in, no matter who recommends you, please listen to yourself. And adjust the intensity for yourself. Consulting – yes, while listening, checking with yourself.
I know how difficult it is to live with pollenosis, food or other allergies.
