The human body is amazing

The human body is pretty amazing. It has all the tools and knowledge it needs to restore itself.

There are lots of things that can get in the way of our bodies healing themselves, like injuries, stress, the environment, a hectic schedule, poor nutrition, not taking time for ourselves, not listening to our bodies, and lots of other factors. Over time, we can end up out of balance and forget how to help ourselves, or we can run out of resources for self-care.

What’s the best way to handle this?

There are lots of different options. Some people start doing yoga or meditation, or even move to a different part of the world.

Some people take it easy, stop working, or almost stop working, and focus on their physical and emotional well-being. Or they try to think positively in every way they can. We could go on forever.

All of this is great, and it’s all really important. It’s possible that this will be the best way for you. You might even find your own way of working that’s really effective for you, and you could share your findings with the world.

If you need a hand, ask.

You can also ask for support. This could be from your family and friends, for example. And that’s great.

It can also be really helpful to get support from a specialist. The best specialists don’t do anything for you directly. They just help, guide, or discover the path that’s best for you.
In this case, when there’s no ‘gross interference’ in the system, the body doesn’t resist. In fact, it has more resources and adaptive capabilities for recovery.

This means you can avoid taking any pills, having any surgeries or going through any other traumatic procedures, which often lead to further violations.

Sometimes, the situation is so bad that you need to do something drastic (a surgery, for instance). But believe me, there are many times when it’s not necessary. I’m not talking about the pharmaceutical industry in many countries.

Who could help out with this?

Ultimately, it depends on the specific issue and the correct diagnosis at the appointment.
Maybe a psychologist, a dance-movement therapist and/or a mindful movement practitioner. Perhaps an osteopath and/or an applied kinesiologist. Or a theatre studio 🙂 or something else 🙂

There are experts in different fields who can help. They assess the main problem and look for ways to help the body to heal itself.

It goes without saying that an appointment or session with a specialist isn’t a substitute for a daily routine, proper nutrition and positive thinking. It helps our body to start making appropriate changes.

And often, it helps to spot an issue early on, before it leads to more serious problems.

What do we do when people come to my session?

I look for the most important (and sometimes hidden) details that affect each other, support each other or harm each other.
We’re looking for the best place to start, what the body needs first, and what will help the recovery process.
We also help the body to focus on the areas that need attention, so you can direct your energies there.

And I think the best way is to provide some physical support, basically creating a safe space for the body to function. Or something else 🙂

We’re lucky to have the following ingredients helping us with this.

osteopathy

osteopathy

(mostly soft techniques)

I am very much against ‘quick fixes’. I am in favour of supporting self-healing and adaptation.

reflexology

kinesiology, reflexology, physical rehabilitation

I am very grateful to these areas for their support in diagnosis and recovery.

This is how I started …. If everyone who came to me back then had a subtle sense of their body and processes, I would most likely have continued to practice only in this way in the future 🙂

Even those who come to me for other things, I invite to come here too. This is an incredible resource. And always at hand 🙂

subtle… powerful

At sessions we work with questions:

structural

emotional

biochemical

energetic

This means that we can help with almost any issue, whether it’s the consequences of an injury or a long period of malnutrition, emotional overload, allergies, hormonal disorders, intoxication, or much more.

I have a mobile office that travels to different cities and countries, which allows me to combine my various cases and constant training with techniques.

Right now, I’m mostly in Kyiv, with visits to Odesa once in a while, and I’m regularly online.

I also work with clients in other countries, mostly online, but sometimes we meet offline too… if the stars align…
